Are you hydrating or just drinking water?

The best moments of our mountain hikes when I was a teenager and my parents lived in the Bernese Oberland at the foot of the Jungfrau, were those pauses to drink pure spring water high up in the Alps. What a difference with tap water!

It was so refreshing after a few hours of walking on the slopes under the hot sun, but mainly it gave us the courage or rather the energy to continue.

I felt that particular water had something special. A kind of aliveness that recent water science can now explain.

The word energy is key here. This mountain water still in movement, drunk directly at the source, has qualities that tap water does not have, neither filtered water nor even bottled spring water.

It is said we need to drink 8 glasses of water per day. But what kind of water ? Drinking any water will not guarantee that your cells will get the water they need.

Choose quality over quantity any time.

What you want is to hydrate your cells and not just irrigate your body with water just passing through. Because you can be dehydrated even if you drink a lot of water.

Hydrating your cells depends on the quality of the water you drink (filtered, mineralized and structured) AND on your body’s capacity to structure water.

I’ll repeat that. You can drink structured water AND your body can structure the water you drink whether it’s structured or not. Incidentally your cells also make their own water.

The water in your cells is H3O2!

In school you learned that water’s chemical formula is H2O. Well all water is not created equal. The water in your cells is actually H3O2, a formula that is being suggested by modern day water researchers who also look into the multiple roles that water plays in our body.

That water is in a different state than what we commonly know : liquid, solid (ice), gas (vapor). It’s called the fourth phase of water or EZ water (exclusion zone water), coherent water, crystalline water, living water, charged water. It comes by many names.

This water structures itself in our cells. The water molecules form hexagonal figures as the hydrogen atoms bind with each other.

These in turn form sheets that place themselves on top of each other turning chaotic water into a liquid crystal.

The researcher Gerald Pollack describes this phase of water and also how it’s formed, in his book The Fourth Phase of Water, beyond solid, liquid, vapor.

If you want to understand water in an easy to read book, I recommend you buy it.

In another article I will tell you more about this water and it’s properties. For now just remember that most of the water in your cells is EZ water and this water has a central role in our biology as it drives the function of the cells.

Right now I would like to encourage you to hydrate your body and not just drink water. It’s urgent. The modern world is very dehydrating:

  1. We live most of our lives indoors under blue light without the infrared frequency that creates this ordered water.

  2. Non native electromagnetic fields from our screens are dehydrating.

  3. The water we drink does not hydrate our cells efficiently.

  4. The toxins we ingest inhibit the formation of this coherent water.

If you have the following symptoms you are probably dehydrated :

  • Edema

  • Signs and a feeling of ageing

  • Headaches, migraines

  • Muscular fatigue

  • High or low blood pressure

  • Asthma

  • Digestive issues

  • Aches, pain and stiffness

  • Fatigue, lethargy

  • Failing memory

  • Slow cognition

  • Ageing dry skin, wrinkles

  • Etc.

Learn how to hydrate your body, by giving it water that it can easily use and the elements that it will be able to use to structure the water in your cells. (More about this last aspect in my next article.)

It’s not about drinking liters of water (and certainly not tap water) to be hydrated .

Your water needs to:

  1. Be free from toxins.

  2. Structured.

  3. Contain minerals in the form of electrolytes.

  4. And ideally spring up from the depths of the earth and being in movement until just before you drink it! Picture water flowing down a mountain stream or gushing out of the earth.

And this water does not even need to be a glass of water !

There are other ways to hydrate than drinking water. You can also eat an apple and be more hydrated than with contaminated and lifeless tap water. Because that apple contains the same type of water as the water in your cells : organized, coherent, structured, EZ water.

(Stay tuned for another article on the many ways to hydrate.)

By now you will have understood that the best water you can drink is spring water, directly from the source that has never passed through the hands of man.

That’s ideal of course. You can seek out a spring near you. There are many in the world, even in the city of Paris, you just need to seek. A friend of mine has just told me about a spring just a few kilometers from where I live. I can’t wait to go there and forage that wild untouched source of life!

I was speaking to a client the other day who lives in the Malvern Hills in the UK. She is surrounded by springs and just needs to figure out which one to go to. How lucky she is!

So what can you do if you don’t have access to a spring?

You can come as close as possible to spring water by giving your tap water it’s « aliveness » back, by structuring it, adding in some minerals and taking out the pollutants that shouldn’t be in water destined for your body.

Filter your water

This is the most important and first stage. Remove what standard water treatment leaves in : pesticides, toxic metals, fluoride, drugs, microplastics, hormones, chlorine etc.

If you don’t already filter your water, look into it, find out what options you have, spend time at it. Don’t just buy a pitcher filter that merely makes the water taste better.

Ask if the company you choose to buy from has done tests or studies on their filtering system.

Structure your water

Remember the fourth phase of water is present in our cells and also in plants : fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Your body transforms the water you drink, in the presence of infrared light, into a form that can be utilized by your cells to do the myriad of tasks that enable you to have excellent health. This fourth phase of water, or EZ water, has an electric charge and is not neutral like tap water.

This negatively charged water in your cells juxtaposes a zone of what is called bulk (or ordinary H2O) water that has a positive charge and that creates a battery effect that generates energy. This energy is used by your cells to do their millions of jobs. Gerald Pollack found this out in his laboratory. You’ll see the experiment in his book.

This is a major breakthrough in the science and mystery of water.

That’s why spending time in natural light regularly during the day is so important. Fifty percent of sunlight is infrared light. Even if the sun is behind clouds, rain, snow or fog, the light is always there.

Part of your fatigue can come from a lack of natural light that can cause a lack of hydration in your cells and as a consequence their difficulty to efficiently do their many jobs to keep you healthy and create energy.

In various areas of the world scientists are coming to the same conclusions about this special type of water, well expressed by Dana Cohen and Gina Bria in their book Quench :

« The most important things you need to know about this amazing new science of water is that there exists a water that is denser, activated by light waves, and has more measurable energy. We are still figuring out how this works, but it could hint at accelerating our cells’ ability to repair, regenerate, and, ultimately, provide more vitality. »

So how do you hydrate and make sure your cells are full of the type of water that acts like a battery and enable them to carry out their myriad of jobs efficiently to regenerate and repair your body ?

You can help your body make it’s own structured water (remember, more about this in another article) and drink pure structured water.

In addition to filtering your water, structure it, give it the coherence your body needs. In nature the movement of water in mountain streams or gushing forth from a spring, structures it by arranging it’s molecules into a liquid crystal, the phase of water that your cells need.

You’ll find all sorts of objects and machines that do this, from the simplest to the more complex. Some are good many are not.

To make your choice, make sure the company can give you proof of it’s benefits on living organisms : plants, animals or humans.

The Analemma wand below is the tool I use and several of my clients and friends have purchased one as well. It is backed by science and 15 years of ongoing research. You can discover all about it by clicking here or on the image below.

There is no electricity involved, and it is easy to carry everywhere you go. In a nut shell this is how it works. The mother water in the crystal wand transfers information to the water in your glass or jug to structure it.

On the website you will find out all you need to know.

Mineralize

Another aspect that enables water to hydrate your body efficiently is the presence of minerals and specially electolytes. They give your cells the energy they need. Some filtration systems take out the minerals, like reverse osmosis. Put them back in.

It has been shown that the presence of minerals in water increases hydration.

« Clean water with minerals in it is going to be the best source of hydration to get that water into your cells, into your body so that we can structure it. »

Dr Catherine Clinton

There are various ways to add minerals to your water :

  • Add a pinch of unrefined sea salt

  • Add sea plasma in the form of Quinton sea water. Quinton sea water is harvested according to a very precise protocol that other companies use now too. It doesn’t need to be the brand Quinton sea water.

  • You can also create a solution called a sole by mixing pink Himalayan sea salt in water. Here’s how you do it. Pour 2 cups of filtered and structured water in a mason jar, add a good handful of Himalayan salt in chunks. Wait 24 hours. If after that time you still see salt in the jar you have a sole, meaning water saturated with sea salt. If you don’t see any salt in the solution add some more chunks until you have some salt left in the solution.

Take a teaspoon per day in a glass of water, preferably as your first morning drink when you wake up.

The book, Water and Salt, the Essence of Life, by Doctor Barbara Hendel (medical doctor) and Peter Ferreira (biophysicist),  explains why the association of water and salt is so important to health.

…stay hydrated!
